I accidentally (because of e-bay seller mistake) bought an iPhone locked by Anatel in the USA. My iPhone worked perfectly in the USA. Then I came to Ukraine and found out that my iPhone can't work with Ukrainian carriers. Do you know how can I unlock my iPhone?

Write them a letter.

Contact AppleCare and give them the serial number of the phone if you don't know who it's locked to. They should be able to tell you.
I talked to support, I was told that they see that they lock phone, but can't tell on what operator.
Then you're pretty much out of luck. Return it and get your money back. It's not going to be very useful to you.
