Can't access itunes store on Macbook

Hi all! I've recently had the problem of being unable to access or load the itunes store. It always gets stuck on "accessing iTunes Store". When I click "x" on this process in the hopes of redoing it, noting really happens. The same happens as well as the "For You", "Browse", and "Radio" tabs. When I click on them, nothing shows up or loads except for the apple music logo or iTunes Store logo. When I go to account > sign-in in the hopes of starting the process again to access the iTunes store, nothing happens.

I've tried updating my iOS, restarting my macbook, changing my internet's DNS, reinsalled iTunes, checking my macbook's date and time, and other common suggestions on the internet. So far, nothing has worked. Hoping to get some help here. Thanks.
