Q: ATV4: can't turn off unwanted Audio Description

Hi,

My wife purchased Enchanted and we're trying to stream it with our Apple TV (under my iTunes account, but she's in my Family Plan)

We can't turn OFF the voiceover/AD despite:

1) turning it off in general settings (turning it on and back off didn't work)

2) resetting the device

Any ideas?

We can turn it off if we use our iPad to airplay it to the ATV but we don't always have the iPad around.
