Q: Why won't my Apple Watch unlock my MacBook Pro?

I set up my Apple Watch to unlock my MacBook Pro and it worked for a couple days but then stopped.

I double-checked all of the following and everything is set up correctly:

all devices are up-to-date (macOS Sierra 10.12, watchOS 3.0)
same Apple IDs on all devices
two-factor authentication is on
watch is unlocked
security settings on MacBook allow watch to unlock

Any fixes?

I had the same problem, i tried all of the suggestions, two factor authentication, bluetooth, wi-fi and so on. The fix for me that got it working was having the same administrator password as my keychain password, once i did this my mac connected with my watch and it works perfect now!!!!!
