a few hours ago i called about amazon video not working and since then i have found a way to fix it and i wanted to share it

how do i share a solution for the problem i posted about an hour ago?

i have a late 2014 mac mini running sierra os - when i try to run amazon prime video it shows me a black screen filled with unusable or irrelevant instructions plus an address for the silverlight download site - i ignored the confusing instructions and went straight to the silverlight site and downloaded the silverlight app. for my mac - now amazon prime video works 😀 can you share this with other users?
