i use iTunes to organise my music and then use playlists to sync to my ios10 iPad and iPhone. It used to work fine but since I installed ios10 the music sync isn't working correctly. The initial sync of my music was fine but when I do my weekly sync it gets to Track 1 of .... syncing and stops on track 1 forever. iTunes hasn't crashed it just waits on track 1 syncing forever. The only way I can get it to work is to remove all my music and then resync it all back on, which takes ages seen as the sync is about 90Gb of music.
I think it's down to the way ios10 music surfaces all your cloud music and if it comes across a track that's different in your itunes than in the cloud it gets confused and stops syncing. It's very frustrating and I'm having to go back to an old iPod Touch running io9 to allow me to listen to music.
Anyone else getting similar issues?
