Wifi working fine last night on MacBook Air and suddenly won't connect. Says cannot connect to my wifi connection Other devices working fine and connected. Have gone into network settings and IPv4 setting is blank. When I press Renew DHCP Lease it presses but nothing happens - fields remain blank. In DNS tab, servers box is also blank as is search domains. When I press plus sign it just adds in zeroes. Please help! 10.10.5

Hello jwjfromjersey,

The first thing I would suggest is to turn your MacBook Air off, and recycle the power to your router, then modem (unless you have a combo modem/router). Restart your MacBook and attach an ethernet cable to establish a wired connection to the internet.

Once that is accomplished, try a wireless connection. If the issue persists, try the steps in these resources:

Check for Wi-Fi issues using your Mac

How to troubleshoot Wi-Fi connectivity

If you are still having trouble connecting to a wireless network after trying these steps, please reply to this thread and we'll investigate further with you.

Take care.
