Q: Add song to playlist without disrupting playback?

Can I still add songs to playlists in Apple music without disrupting playback? That feature seems to have disappeared with the new update.

iPhone 6s, iOS 10.0.2

I see you're wondering about adding songs to playlists in the Music app on iOS 10. You can still add songs to playlists without disrupting playback. 


Try this step for a song you're listening to: 
 

You can also tap the More button in a track list or, on the Now Playing screen, tap Add to a Playlist, then tap New Playlist.

From Playlists - iPhone


You can also add a song other than the one you're listening to, for example another song in the same album, by pressing and holding on the song and then choosing Add to a Playlist.
