Q: Ghost Audio from a Video I played YEARS ago

So I have had this issue for about 2 years now. I was watching a youtube video ( this one to be exact https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xzWFuEH9HsA) around then, and ever since then every so many weeks, i'll be doing anything on my computer; might be watching youtube, might be in iTunes, might just be in a drawing program, and suddenly I hear a commercial then the intro. I shut down safari, i shut off all the programs, nothing works. I have no way of stopping the audio from playing, i have to restart my computer.

I have tried just pausing what i was listening to or muting it, and allow it to play out, but audio from the next video on the playlist (or up next, it's always another game theorist video) starts up right after.

I have no idea what is causing this, or how to stop it. I have updated my computer regularly since i saw this video. I literally feel like I'm being haunted.

If anyone has any ideas as to why this is happening i'd be super appreciative.
