Q: How do I change my email address on icloud?

I changed my network service, and that means I had to change my email address. iCloud is not allowing me to change my email address, how can I change me email address to reflect my new email address.

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.3.5

You can not change your iCloud email address, but you can change your Apple ID email address, which is linked to iCloud. Do so at:
https://appleid.apple.com

Simply log in and edit your information.
