You would have to be a bit more specific. Where are you looking? What do you see? We can't see your computer from here....

    Best of luck,

I am on windows 10.  I had a lot up updates on my computer.  My itunes seems to have lost some of my song.  all my playlists.  Itunes added a playlist that I do not even want.  I do not want anyone adding any songs that I did not want.  So I have to go find my songs and redo my playlists the way I want them.  I am 75 yrs old and love music...b
"MY" music.  I find it very hard to understand all the TECH replies on how to do things.  I feel Itunes took my songs and list...they should be the ones to put them back!  I'm not very happy right now...and I have tried several ways of finding my songs in different areas but when I try to get them back to my Itunes area nothing happens.

The user tip deals with a number of different causes and approaches to fixing them but it sounds as you're only going to need the three simple steps noted in the image in the user tip. Your iTunes library is most likely inside your User's Music folder, typically C:\Users\<User>\Music\iTunes.
