Q: accidentaly started a monthly subscription

I accidentally started a monthly payment for itv hub a few months ago. I only realised I was getting charged last month. I contacted apple to cancel it but they did nothing about it. How can I cancel the monthly payment?

You won't be able to get a refund for the previous payment but to stop future ones, follow this guide from Apple.
