How to reset my network settings in ipod touch

This month's Consumer Reports suggests that better security is achieved when all network settings are erased.

My question is: How do I do this for my iPod Touch?

Thanks.

I guess that's what made me reluctant to go there! Looks like I'd lose a lot of things unintentionally.

My aim is to erase the automatic "I've been there before" settings, but nothing else.

My choices are: Reset All Settings, Erase All Content and Settings, Reset Network Settings, Reset Keyboard Dictionary, Reset Home Screen Layout, Reset Location & Privacy.

None exactly match what the Consumer Report says, which was
"...you need to go to Reset Network settings under General settings and delete all of them at once."

My confusion was over that.
