Q: Can't get bubble effect to work in iMessenger

Using 6S iPhone with iOS 10. When I hold "send Arrow" waiting for loud screen to appear; nothing happens.

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.2

Thanks AJ397 for the help!!!!!! Just figured out that "Reduced Motion" (Settings / Accessibility) has to be turned off for this to work.
