Tried to install iTunes 12.1.3 64-bit on windows 10, and is always show the following message "there is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program required for this install to complete could not be run."
Still, I have no other problems on windows 10. Any clue? thanks.

Try repairing Apple Software Update from the programs & features control panel, and then try to update iTunes again.

Why? That version is more than a year old. If you have an iPhone 7 Plus, then you need iTunes 12.5.1 to support it.
