Q: How to transfer files without Internet or Wifi?

Hi,

 

I was sitting in a train the other day. No cable, no Internet or Wifi. I could not send a simple Word document to my Macbook. I've found this article afterwards: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201820

 

Let me resume: When I own a Apple device like iPhone, I need AirDrop, Handoff or iCloud to transfer Files to my Macbook, right?

But when I own a 3rd-Party Mobile I just need bluetooth and I can send anything?

 

That sounds unfair to me.

    You forgot that you can plug it in using the cable supplied with it.
