Q: Chaning the proprietary ID from Microsoft word for mac in editing docs

Dear community

I bought a second han macBook Air and with some programs inside such as Microsoft Word. When editing a document and trying to add a commentary the label appears with the name of the former user.

I will be very please if someone can tell me how I can change the proprietary name of this application if possible.

Thank to every one.

Ramon

If whoever you bought the machine from did not give you the physical install media for MS Office along with the printed license key, then you don't own that software and can't legally use it.

I'm not a Mac user, but in the Windows version of Word, it is in the Options section. To access those in the Mac, I believe you use the top menu, and it is somewhere around Settings or Preferences. It would be wherever you would adjust spell check, grammar and things like that. Some would also depend on what version you are referring to.
