iTunes has stopped working... Windows 7
Hi Folks,
We have several users experiencing the same problem. when we try to open iTunes (all on 12.5.1) in windows 7, regardless of what we click on in iTunes, iTunes crashes with the dreaded stopped working error. here's a copy and paste of the problem details below. We've tried every suggestion so far with no avail. wondering if anyone else may have tried something we missed that worked:
