Hi. It sounds like you're having a different problem. You should post a new question, describing what happens and what you cannot do. But in general, when an iPad says "Connect to iTunes" it means the software is corrupted and needs to be reloaded from a computer. Here If you see the Connect to iTunes screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support is some info.

Diana McCall,

I don't think it's a "different" problem. Simple question: Can the on-screen touch keyboard be disabled or at least pushed out of sight? I have a Anker keyboard for Air Mini 2 and every time I type I get the keyboard butting it's nose in. This negates the entire reason I purchased the keyboard. No one seems to be able to answer this question which leads me to assume the answer is no, I cannot use my keyboard without having a second keyboard pop up and greatly reduce the efficiency of my hardware keyboard. And, no, I Do not need to restore my I-Pad. This problem has always been present. I see the on-screen keyboard go-away only after I've already been typing for several seconds with no results. I want absolutely no pop-up keyboard on my screen, not just going away after many seconds! CAN THIS BE ACHIEVED!

Thank You,
