Q: How do I remove someone from Family Sharing?

I set up my stepmother on Family sharing, but now I'm being charged for her Netflix, which she does not want me to pay for.  Can I eliminate that?  Or how do I take her off my Family Sharing?

iPad 2 Wi-Fi + 3G, iOS 7.1, Will affect iPhone 4s as well

If you are the family organiser all of the member's purchases will be charged to you, unless they have a balance on their own account (members can't use their own credit cards).
