Q: Siri can not make reminders on my MacBook air

I installed MacOS Sierra yesterday because it contains Siri feature in it. Then I try to set up a reminder with Siri. It takes forever to make a reminder and didn't do the job I suppose ( I was impatient and closed Siri several times before it makes a reminder). I would appreciate your help with that. Thanks

    It almost certainly depends on exactly what you are saying, which you have not shared with us.

     

    I can bring up Siri and say, for example, "Remind me to clear the refrigerator."  She will say "OK, I'll remind you." and offer to place this into my Reminders list.

    sberman's experience is like mine. I'll say something like, "Remind me at 3:30 PM tomorrow to call the insurance company" and Siri tells me she'll remind me and shows the reminder in her window.
