Q: Itunes Iphone problem

Have my iPhone hooked up to computer for ITunes to transfer songs and my phone isn't registering with ITunes. I've used multiple cords and de-authorized and authorized and done everything I could think of but it won't show me my IPhone on ITunes and I don't know what I need to do.
