Unable to reset security questions as there is not "sufficient information"
Currently I believe that someone has accessed my Apple account without my permission. The password was unchanged, but I am currently attempting to reset my security questions too - but I am unable to as the site gives the error:
"We do not have sufficient information to reset your security questions."
What is the cause of this error, and how should I go about resetting my information from this point?
