I just got my new iPhone 7 and I am getting an old apple ID and another apple ID I have never seen pop up asking for the password. How do I get rid of that?
Another older account may explain the old Apple ID but what about the random one? I am having the same issue. I am getting a request for some random apple id from an account that is not mine so therefor never would have downloaded an app from it. I have attempted signing in/out but doesn't make a difference.
Can we assume that this is because you have apps on there from other accounts. As such, delete them and redownload them using your own account.
If you are the original owner, take the device, the original purchase receipt, and a photo ID to the nearest Apple Store.
