Strange text message on iPhone7

I received a weird text message (not an iMessage) this afternoon on my iPhone7: Qb@$

The date shown is 11/03/2015 and it has been sent from a device with a 16 figures long number: 1944785494839016

I am now getting a bit paranoid about this. As I have heard about cases of iPhone hacking through text messages in the past, I have immediately changed my AppleID password as well as my primary email address.

Could you please let me know if any further actions need to be taken? (Note: I have updated my device with the latest iOS update 10.0.2)

Thanks for your help!

iPhone 7, iOS 10.0.2

Note SMS text messages are sent to your telephone number 😝

I wouldn't worry ... unless these start showing up on a recurring regular basis.

SMS text messages are handled through your cellular carrier. If you get more of these annoying messages, ask your carrier how to proceed.
