Q: New macOS Sierra - Safari, App Store no connection behind a corporative proxy, but Firefox and Chrome connect to Internet

After I updated today my iMac (21.5-inch, Late 2015, 2,8 GHz Intel Core i5, GB 1867 MHz DDR3) from El Capitan to Sierra, I'm experimenting troubles with Safari and the App Store. They are not to be able to connect to our proxy. The servers on the intranet (without to be neccesary a proxy connection) are working fine. The App Store make nothing after a few minutes (10 -15) returns an error, no error code, and the message is small: failed.
The strange thing is Chrome and Firefox don't have this problem. The are working fine. Do anyone where is the problem with the new OS?
I need this computer on my enterprise for developing. I´m very thanks to any answer.
