How can I get the music app in iOS 10 to only show my music and not whats in iCloud?

How can I get my music app in iOS 10 to only show the music that is physically on my iPhone and not what is in iCloud?

I do not subscribe to Apple music and don't have any of it's features switched on. In iOS 9 I was able to tap a button at the top of my music app saying which music to display but I am unable to find that.

Any advice/help would be great.
