Try going to System Preferences/iCloud and stop syncing. Wait a couple of minutes, then recheck syncing.
Sign out of iCloud and sign back in.

Oct 12, 2016 11:58 AM in response to Eric Rootby cmatt3,Stop syncing exactly how? There are no stop syncing buttons. Do you mean to turn safari off and on in the settings/system preference menus? I think Apple could do a much better job of explaining this. Sometimes syncing works sometimes it doesn't with iPad. Never seems to work with iPhone.
