connected to ituneson screen with charging cord
my iphone 5 shows on the screen that the cord points a arrow to iTunes. Someone told me to go on iTunes and click reset. Where on iTunes do I find the reset button???

You've connect the phone to your computer, and the phone shows in your computer's iTunes ? What do you see if you select the phone's Summary tab in the iTunes ?
