I have a IMac 2.4 Ghz, (mid 2007), 6 GB Dram, OS 10.11.6. IF the computer sits idle it will take up to 3 minutes to make an internet connection. Using AT&T Uverse. Other devices; iPad & iPhone do not have this problem. The computer is connected by ethernet cable other devices are WiFi. What is the problem?
