I understand that you have an issue with a purchase of either additional iCloud storage or content from the iTunes Store. If the issue is with content purchased from the iTunes Store, you can use the link below to locate that purchase and contact the iTunes Store directly regarding that purchase.
See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC
If the issue is with the billing of your additional iCloud storage, or if the purchase referenced doesn't appear in your purchase history, please contact us directly here - Contact Apple Support.
