unstable background light

this backgroundlight is changing permanently, while I hold my macbook on the distance or closer....is this a

setting that macbook always had? how can I stable it? it make one crazy, or my eyes are flipping out....

does anyone have more information? thanks a lot

ps: OS SIERRA version 10.12 mounted
