Q: I am trying to sync my phonewith Itunes

I am trying to sync my phone Itunes says could not connect to the iphone because an invalid response was recieved from the device, I always back up my phone but I just downloaded the lates 10ios now I can't please help I have the iphone6 plus

Hi

To sync an iPhone running iOS 10, you will need to update iTunes to version 12.5.1.

Get the latest version of iTunes - Apple Support

Note that you may also need to update your computer's operating system in order to be able to install the latest version of iTunes.
