Q: Not working Iphone 5

Hi,

I have purchased a Iphone 5 recently. within one week of usage that is not working, not power on. There is no damage, even that was not fell down.

It is purchased in Saudi Arabia. But I am here in India, The Apple authorized Service centers saying it can not be repaired as that is purchased in Saudi Arabia.

May I get any support.
