Q: playlist not showing up in itunes

Hello, I am using the latest version of itunes on Windows 7. My apple music subscription didn't auto renew, so everything was cancelled. When I renewed it, my playlist didn't reappear on itunes, but it was on my phone. I've tried synching it but it didn't work. What can I do to fix this?

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 10.0.1

See Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device. There is a script listed near the end that imports playlists and another that captures ratings and play counts. You may want to review the rest of the tip if there is media on the device that isn't in your library.
