Q: i have no way to unlock the activation lock on my mini 4 ipad and  i casnt get a hold of the person i purchesed it from

i have a mini ipad 4 and i bought it from someone and it says activation locked and i cant get passed the activaltion lock on it. and  i dont know how to get in contact with the person i bought it from. can someone plese help me............

    The only way to have it removed is to return the device to the seller and/or owner and have them unlock the device for you with their credentials.  Failing that, there is no other way and the device would be rendered useless to you.
