+7 prefix - Kazakhstan / Russia

Hello! My name is Darkhan and i live in Kazakhstan.

Kazakhstan and Russia have phone code +7 (prefix).

After update iOS9 i call for my friend and other people in Kazakhstan and iPhone display my country is Russia. It is bug because i call from Kazakhstan. It is bad update in iOS9. Please Apple team fix this bag.
