Q: Unable to add or remove family members

I Have add only 4 members, one did not accept the invitation

Unable to remove family members, when I try to remove it nothing happens.
Unable to add new member, "add new member" is disables (gray)

The rest of the members, me + 3, are working fine

i am trying to do the management on my iPad

Please help my my add my wife!

iPad Air, iOS 10.0.2

Thanks, I followed the links but no help there

1. The 4th member never got his invitation, and therefor he cannot remove himself. If I go into iCloud->Family->[member] and press "Remove" nothing happens

2. Unable to add more members, even tough I have only 4 members, the "Add new member" is disabled
