Q: Remove music player from watch 3.0

Does anyone know how to remove the music player from the dock on Watch 3.0. I have removed it via my phone but it's still there on the watch in the dock. The dock is so small and so difficult to navigate that the music player app on the watch starts to play music on my phone when I scroll across the dock. Rather embarrassing at work when you aren't in the same room as your phone.
