Q: trackpad not working and getting warm

hi.

After falling a glass of water on the computer,i idid all the necessary steps to make it work again.i opened it and clean it and dry it.The result was to work again, but trackpad is dead and getting warm.
Now,i use a bluetooth mouse and seems to be allright.

Should i be concerned about trackpad that is getting warm?is it dangerous ?

It could be. Its battery contains a considerable amount of energy, for which water will form a conductive path.

You should place that Mac in a location where excessive heat is not likely to damage anything or anyone, until the battery is completely drained and its temperature reduced to the point you can safely handle it. Then, have it evaluated by Apple: Contact Support.
