Macbook Air 13" Low Volume

Yesterday my Mac (less than a year old) was fine, today I have very low volume. I listen to iTunes every day at my desk and this morning I can barely hear it. Ive checked the basics (volume all the way up, went to sound and hardware to make sure it was up, etc)

Please help.
