iTunes won't connect to airport express

Running Windows 10. Airport Extreme Base Station (ver 7.6.7) and Airport Express (ver 6.3). The Airport Express does show in the Airport Utility and both devices are "green" light.

In iTunes (version 12.5.1.21) - the Airport Express shows as available - but when selecting it as a remote speaker - iTunes fails to connect....

Any suggestions?
