Q: Safari's freezes, slow start up that affects Finder

Hello guys,

I have asked this problem on another thread but marking it "Solved" was a mistake: Safari can't start and make entire macOS freeze

To cut things short, here is the situation: I open Safari, Safari stops responding, after that Finder stops responding too. The result is my mac's screen becomes completely freeze (Dock doesn't move, cant click top menu bar, can't press keys, can't do anything, dead pointer). After about 10 minutes (YES, 10 MINUTES), the screen is like "fast lag".(It shows up my action that i clicked 10 minutes ago), and the it can move again. After 10s next, it freezes again. And then I have to wait another 5-10 minutes and a Safari window finally pops up with slow performance. If I quit Safari, and then open it again, the problem will repeat. I have tried all methods in my previous post, deleting caches files, plug-in, extensions, even with reinstalling macOS, nothing solved.
Finally, I have downloaded Safari Technology Preview to test if it would do the same, but this version worked completely normal. I click it, it opens. Now, I have to stay away from the original Safari and temporary use the TP version.

Please help.....this is desperate....

Note: my pervious post, which I marked as Solved, IS NOT SOLVED. I can't find an option to unsolved it.

Safari/Preferences/Advanced - enable the Develop menu, then go there and Empty Caches. Quit/reopen Safari and test. Then try Safari/History/Show History and delete all history items.  Quit/reopen Safari and test. You can also try try Safari/Clear History…. The down side is it clears all cookies. Doing this may cause some sites to no longer recognize your computer as one that has visited the web site. Go to Finder and select your user/home folder. With that Finder window as the front window, either select Finder/View/Show View options or go command - J.  When the View options opens, check ’Show Library Folder’. That should make your user library folder visible in your user/home folder.  Select Library./Caches/com.apple.Safari/Cache.db and move it to the trash.

Go to Safari Preferences/Extensions and turn all extensions off. Test. If okay, turn the extensions on one by one until you figure out what extension is causing the problem.

Yes, I've tried everything. I deleted all extensions from Safari but the problem is still there.

Safari works fine now! I downloaded "Adware Doctor" on the App Store and clean the browser. Now everything is fine.
