I am in Belgium and wonder why I cannot watch some movies in it's original 'English" version. About Schmidt with Jack Nicolson for example... Same goes for Switzerland. About Schmidt, in German with Bulgarian subtitles??? Strange!!

I know how to set language and subtitles. That's not the issue.

Is there an explanation?

Thanks

You can make your point via iTunes support for your country.

As far as I know, the general rule is that Apple abides by any licensing or copyright ruling for the item in the individual countries it operates in. If that particular film has not been licensed it won't be shown. Feedback is not usually responded to but we are assured that Apple reads every post.
