If you're having trouble connecting tzumi selfie stick

For everyone who is having problems connecting there tzumi selfie stick. I saw a solution and it worked for me. The automatic connecting won't work. You have to 1. pair your tzumi selfie stick 2. turn on your tzumi selfie stick 3. hold the shutter button down for 3 seconds and BOOOOM connected.

After speaking to apple customer service, they couldn't solve the problem until i was researching from someone else this is what you can do.
