I have the same irat with code listed in diagnostic part of phone. I am looking too but once directed to apple knew there would be none. I have never jail broken a phone. I find many not all in the apple community uptight and pretentious. Go somewhere else but if I find anything I will post on this holy, site.
And again, you are a poster who provides almost no information at all to allow anyone to actually help you with your question. You want an answer? How about actually giving people some details about whatever this "iRat" your seeing.
People here can only help based on the information you, the poster, gives. If you give nothing than "what is iRat" and nobody here knows anything about that, then they don't even have enough information to try and find out anything for you.
Judging from the description in the app store, it's a game.

yes I do and I explained on the onset of the question had you been paying attention that it was an iPhone 6s.

This is the onset of your question. No where does that indicate what file you were looking at. And, I was not asking what model of the phone, I was asking what file. And, unless your device is jailbroken, you do not have access to the file system. Maybe someone else isn't paying attention.

From the information you have provided in this thread, nobody can tell you what it is. You need to be specific as to what file or exactly where you have seen this reference. And if your iPhone is jail broken, then there are appropriate forums for you to find out what it might be (this forum not being one of those).
The term iRat could refer to a game app, a python library, "inter radio access technology", influenza risk assessment results (and yes, that's a real use of IRAT), or any number of other things that use the acronym. Since you've provided no specific context or source of the term as you found it, nobody can say just what it most likely refers to.
