I Have a problem with the latest update version the ios 10.

In the notifications of any program, for example if I put off the notification of viber it still shows in the home screen, or if anyone calls it still shows, even in whats app if I close the notification that it doesn't show up in any way it still shows !! What can I do in this situation? you need to fix this problem.

Hi there Its_sara92,

It sounds like you are able to turn off Notifications for your various apps but you still get them on your Home Screen. I would start by quitting all the running apps on your phone.

Force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Normally you don't have to quit all the apps but in this case since multiple apps are affected, it seems pertinent to do so here. Then restart your phone and test it out again.
