Grouping Song into continuous play

I am looking how to combine multiple tracks to play seamless...

I have imported the CD and there are some tracks that should be played together throughout the album

example .... track # 11, 12, 13 are actually one song, the track # 16, 17 are also on song, but different

Mac mini, OS X Mavericks (10.9.5)

Go to iTunes Preferences>Playback >Check the box Crossfade Songs >set the time lag you want between songs from 1 second to 12 seconds.

You can also adjust the individual song start and stop location by selecting the song, control click, select 'Get Info' and then select 'Options', there you can make all sorts of adjustments.
