Changing the rescue email address requires supplying two security answers. Go back to the article you asked this question from and use a method of contacting Apple; posting in these boards isn't one of them.

There isn't currently an iTunes Store in Iraq, you must therefore have a different country listed on your account. When you are in that country (or if/when Apple open an iTunes Store in Iraq and you can put your real address on your account) you can contact Support in that country and get the questions reset - when they've reset you can then update your rescue email address for potential future use.
