I see that after updating to iOS 10.0.2, the Music app closes when choosing certain playlists, and you cannot access your music. I listen to a lot of music on my iPhone. So, I'm sure that you are ready to get this resolved. I'm more than happy to assist you with a resolution to this issue.
First, let's try to restart the app. This means closing the app and opening again: Force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Then, turn your device off and back on: Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Once you've done both, please try to open the Music app and see if you can access the playlists and music.
